Survey: What area of business would you focus on to improve finances?

If you were in charge of an entire automotive manufacturer, what one area would you want your business to focus on if your Q1 results were not as encouraging as you hoped?

With many carmakers revealing their financial results recently, Autovista Group is putting you in the role of CEO. How would you bring your business back to profitability, and which area would you look to concentrate on to do so?
