In our last survey, we asked what readers of the Autovista Group website and Daily News Brief thought was the top talking point of 2018.
We now want to know what you think will be the main subject to affect the automotive industry in 2019. The year is set to see some interesting challenges affect the sector, with the UK leaving the European Union on 29 March, diesel sales likely to continue their downward spiral and manufacturers launching electric vehicles.
In the meantime, sales across Europe could still see flux due to the impact of WLTP, while it is likely that CO2 levels will rise again on the continent as petrol vehicles remain a market leader.
Therefore, we are asking you for your opinion. What do you think will be the biggest issue or topic in the automotive industry for 2019? Will WLTP fade out, could CO2 target discussion continue, or will Brexit lead to a myriad of problems for carmakers and suppliers alike?
