Survey: What will be the dominant propulsion type by 2040?

By 2040, several large automotive markets are looking to ban petrol and diesel vehicles, to bring down their levels of air pollution.

However, currently, sales of electric vehicles (EVs) are low, with petrol dominating across Europe. Autovista Group wants to know whether you think this will change.

Will EVs have finally made it to a market-leading position in Europe by 2040? Could hydrogen develop enough in the next 20 years to take up the mantle of leading technology, or perhaps diesel will have a resurgence?
